Fear Contracts, Love Expands

Fear frequency contracts us down, love expands, the challenge is that are we brave enough to call it out, or do we let things we don't like, start affecting our own thinking and thus the world?

In very practical terms, we can consciously channel much higher wisdom actively, that is not rigid time or memory based, but fluid intuitive knowledge that is malleable. Yet this requires much grounding and source to pull from and be connected to at all times, in order for the subconscious download. When we disconnected from it, we come back to the "ordinary 3d reality". Yet to realize the higher planes of existence into here, fear must not be present. When we get to the root matter of fear; not being enough, getting hurt etc, we see how it hinders the subconscious mind. Yet the act of fearing is natural which should be understood rather than denied; because through that the consciousness expands.

The paradigms in which we exists, are a "wonderful mix" of higher different energies, yet the more harmonious they become from ground to sky, more coherence and greater accomplishments there can be in humanity. When humanity masters consciousness beyond "forcefulness" of forcing results, so much intelligence comes present, and even complicated plans can be achieved much more easily. This is where religion stops being thought, but rather your lived experience of consciousness expands to the level, of which many religions are compressing their dogma from.

The way this connects back to health, frequency, dna, and our shared field of unity with humans, is that the more advance these things the deeper field of consciousness we can have with one another and we can become more advanced beings merely with the power of consciousness.

Thus the less we subject ourselves to fear, more freedom we have, and more we become connected to the source. This inspires other people to be free, and let go of their fears more, and thus unity is born. This is very simple principle, yet the ego mind of attainment, often times easily prefers concrete measurable realities for survival, yet these are illusions like everything ultimately.
